The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's earned such high marks from its customers. It's incredibly light - the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg - and it's also extremely simple to put together. In fact I was able get the whole thing up and running in less than five minutes, which is impressive considering it included the tying of the fabric to the carrycot!

The seat is wide and comfortable for Annie, who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to operate. There's plenty of room in the basket too and I like the fact that it comes with a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so you can keep your keys and phone secure!

The handlebar is a bit low, which may be an issue for parents who are taller. It's covered in soft, supple leather-like material, which is easy to clean.

Its large pneumatic wheels were designed to be used on field and forest paths and the front wheel can be rotated and locked for additional versatility. It's their newest and most expensive addition to the budget-friendly stroller line. Similar to the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo, it is car seat-compatible, so you can use it from the time of birth.

The new Pace has some amazing design features, including the rose gold hue to the hood, chassis and stroller trims that make it stand out from its rivals. The grey, tan and cream fabrics on the stroller and the car seat are elegant and there is an option to add the leather handle for the cover and bumper bar, too.

The stroller seat is used from birth up to a maximum weight of 22kg. It converts easily into a 2-in-1 reversible position, either facing the parent or world-facing. The stroller seat comes with various lie-back positions, comfortable padded leg rests, and an extended sun canopy with concealed zip sections, a viewing see-through flap, and retractable visor.

When folded, the Pace measures 56 x 43cm x 32cm, which is perfect for hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. It's also simple to fold, thanks to two buttons on either side of the handlebar that just need to be pressed in and out. Then, it will pop up.

It's a little larger than other pushchairs, but doesn't feel heavy or bulky when you are pushing it over bumpy surfaces.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable, as are the frame and faux leather grips are easy to wipe down. It's also a lot quieter than other pushchairs, and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. A bonus feature is that it has integrated accessory points. This means you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags, and even a snack tray. You can also use the hood to block out wind and rain, although it isn't particularly waterproof. It's a single pram, however, you can also attach their Comfort 3 wheeled buggies Board (not included) to give your child more legroom. It took around 20 minutes to set up the bassinet, and a similar amount of time to convert it to the seat.
