How to Replace an audi replacement keys G28 Engine Speed Sensor

1. Engine Speed Sensor

If this sensor fails, the ECU will display a P00160 error message. This means that the Crank Shaft is out of alignment with the Intake Camshaft. It could also indicate the possibility of a chain stretch or jumpy chain link in the upper timing chain. The code won't show without the additional information supplied by other sensors (G4 or G40).
It can be a bit difficult to test as there are several pins on the connector, and each has its own functions. The best way to do it is by measuring the resistance between the ECU and the sensor. It should read approximately 1000 ohms if the sensor is operating at its maximum. If you're having issues with this sensor, look for evidence of coolant or oil in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, while accelerating from the highway paytoll at a high speed I noticed a significant drop in power. It was like the engine was running out of gas. Or, car Key cover audi my injectors weren't firing. I pulled out the spark plugs this morning, 3 were soaked in gasoline, and the fourth was dry. I placed a tissue over each injector hole, and when I start the engine without sparks, the ones with gazoline jump right out. The 4th one remains shut. I checked the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I got zero ohm. I'm assuming that the issue is in another location.
I also tried to reset the PID but with no luck. I'm not sure what to do, i think i've pretty much completely ruled out all other possibilities. I'm afraid i may have missed something. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump

The GM-style sensor is identical to the G4 and both function in the 80 100 200, UrS and RS2 cars which is why you can easily locate one at a junkyard or at a parts store. Test them out by putting your DMM in resistance mode and take measurements between pins 1 (with the bump on the connector's end up) and 2 (2nd from the left on the black connector's end).
