If you need to clean up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mop I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.

The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and additional features that are smart. It also features a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously dosed with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. However, it struggled with fine-grained debris and didn't always get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, so it may be a less reliable set-and-forget model than others.

As with most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with an established schedule. Eufy's application lets you control all its functions. It gives you a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The docking station functions as an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.

6. S10

This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office tidy. It also has the ability to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your home which allows it to know where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also comes with other notable features, like the self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops don't. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to reduce time. If you have a variety of flooring options in your home and don't wish to spend extra money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping features, this is a great option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is a good option. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. However, it can't pick up the tangled tassels of rugs, and its battery drains slightly faster than other models we tested in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It also comes with a selection of cleaning options to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. 8. K10 Plus

It's smaller than most of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.

It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip to the bottom of the bot and then it drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
