The fridge's refrigerator section also performed well, reaching the desired initial set temperature within an hour and maintaining that temperature steady over the course of our testing.

Bosch has a reputation for top-of-the-line appliances which is why it's no surprise that this counter depth refrigerator is also a smart appliance, with the option of connecting to your home Wi-Fi as well as Bosch's Home Connect platform. This app allows you to monitor and manage your fridge remotely using your tablet or smartphone. The refrigerator is costly, but offers great features and functions at a fair price.

The refrigerator comes with an ice maker making it easy to transfer the frozen ice as needed. The freezer also has innovative design features like sliding drawers that help you sort your things. It also comes with a large bin that holds plenty of frozen food items as well as an additional ice storage bin.

Another awesome feature of this refrigerator is its Smart InstaView panel. You can control the temperature, lighting, and more of your fridge from your smartphone. It's a simple way to monitor your fridge and manage it, especially when you're away from home.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent option for those who want to combine the aesthetics of a French-door refrigerator with more efficient design. Its capacity is superior to counter-depth models and is able to cool evenly. It's also a bit less than the best counter-depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which helps make it a popular choice.

During my tests, the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly constant across the different areas of the fridge. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the refrigerator did not differ much from 38 degrees. This is a solid performance, but it isn't quite at the top of our ratings.
