Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will begin to vacuum and mop with ease.

It's worth noting that mapping takes a while, and it may take a few tries before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection is not perfect. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles, but it was stuck on a looser rug with tassels and required a flip to release itself. The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that allows you to reach spots even robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.

The model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other intelligent features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you adjust a variety of settings such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system clean and prevents allergens from returning to the system. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring a charge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It is equipped with an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets, and a fantastic obstacle avoidance. It also has an innovative mopping system which uses a roller continuously filled with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system performed well. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with an established schedule. Eufy's app lets you control all its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best robot vacuum cleaner and mop mowers and vacuums on the market. It delivers amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, and even customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates smart carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they're near soft surfaces in order to prevent contamination.

The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free center for maintenance which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they have to be emptied.

6. S10

This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my home office clean. It can also reach all corners of my small apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create a map of your home, so it knows which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums with mopping capabilities it also has detection of objects and obstructions that avoids items such as bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop!).

It has other great standout features, including an automatic vacuum cleaner and mop emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you want to save time, it will skip cleaning rooms that aren't dirty. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home and aren't looking to spend the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great option when you're looking for a robot that can do both regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It comes with a variety of features like a self-emptying dustbin and an additional water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It is surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. However, it isn't able to pick up the tangled tassels of rugs, and its battery drains more quickly than other models in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a sleek design. It didn't do as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however, it did extremely well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it can be configured to take photos of every object it picks up (i.e. chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal with water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
