Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized with an app that can save your home's maps as well as set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, and how much water the mop is using.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also has a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. You will only need to replenish the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it started to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being the fact that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can justify the cost, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The high price is justified by the robust features, which include a massive vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my testing it did well across all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair with no tangling. The mops were also great, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. It also has a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its intelligent controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I've test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. Additionally the mops aren't capable at scrubbing away tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station, dustbag, and water tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a tighter budget, I suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best automatic vacuum cleaner robot mop and vacuum you could find but its cost and constant maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your floors. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacles-avoiding. It even comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to clean the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs used in other robots that vacuum and mop. The roller is almost the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. Like most robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate through furniture. It got stuck on carpets with larger piles a couple of times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it still offers some impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.

The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify hazards such as thick carpets, but it may not always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of debris and dust that you've left behind from the vacuuming.
